Distance measuring device

This is an example of a distance measuring device that was manufactured in response to a request to measure the installation dimensions (height 20m) of production equipment after it had been installed.
Equipped with four laser displacement meters and an encoder, it measures width and height at equal intervals with high precision, records the data, and judges whether it is OK or NG. It also has an "angle correction function" that corrects positioning errors when the angle with the measuring device shifts due to the installation conditions of the target object.

Tube torsional stiffness tester

This is an example of a stiffness testing device we proposed in response to a request to conduct a "repeated torsion test" on tubes.
You can set the desired number of times, angle, and angular speed, and after the start operation, it will automatically operate repeatedly and record the torque at that time.

Cable fatigue testing machine

This is an example of a fatigue testing device we proposed in response to a request to simultaneously perform repeated bending tests on multiple cables or tubes.
You can set the number of times, angle, and angular speed as you like, and it will automatically repeat operation after the start operation. It monitors the continuity and pressure of the cables under test, and automatically stops if it detects any damage.
