Industrial and Civil engineering measurement

We check the performance and status of new plants, buildings, and civil engineering structures, as well as the soundness and safety of existing structures, and also discover defects and investigate their causes.Industrial measurement involves everything from selecting measuring equipment according to the purpose to installing sensors and acquiring data.

Strain measurement

Earthquakes, vibrations, and other factors exert various forces, such as stress and pressure, on machine components and construction structures. One method for investigating what kind of forces these are is "strain measurement." By calculating stress from the value of strain, the safety and remaining life of the measurement target can be ascertained.

In order to understand the strain that occurs in mechanical structures, bridges, etc., we attach "strain gauges" to the surface of the components to measure the strain. We support dynamic and static measurements, and provide the measured values as digital data.

Temperature measurement

We select temperature sensors according to the accuracy and measurement environment to realize temperature (high/low) measurement suited to the purpose. Also, if you need simple temperature measurement, we use a thermography camera that is effective for that purpose.

When measuring temperature, the measurement location is confirmed using drawings and on-site inspections. Next, various conditions such as the temperature range and required accuracy are confirmed, and a sensor with optimal specifications is selected, and the measurement is then carried out.
If you are using a thermal imaging camera for quick measurements, provide us with an image from your thermal viewer.
In addition, when measurements are taken using sensors (thermocouples, resistance thermometers, etc.), trend data for each temperature is provided.

Pressure measurement

In order to measure the pressure (high pressure, low pressure, differential pressure, negative pressure) and phenomenon appropriate for the application in detail, we consider and select sensors that meet the requirements for appropriate frequency response and measurement accuracy. We also perform analysis according to your needs using the acquired data.

We confirm the measurement location using drawings and site inspections. We confirm various conditions such as the expected pressure, temperature, and physical properties of the fluid, and select the sensor specifications. We hold interviews regarding requirements for analyzing pressure data (pressure pulsation, measurement accuracy, etc.), and provide a report that meets your needs.
