In water supply and sewage facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial plants, water levels, flow rates, temperatures, pressures, water quality, and exhaust gas components are measured, and drive devices are operated using PLCs (sequencers) and electrical circuits. We install measuring equipment such as sensors and analyzers, drive devices for valves and pumps, and control devices such as PLC panels.
We use traceable measuring equipment for the installation of equipment and facilities, ensuring high reliability. In addition, we follow the equipment installation procedures in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's installation manual, and we prepare construction plans and implementation schedules for construction work. We installed a new exhaust gas analyzer in the flue of the existing exhaust gas treatment facility, and performed wiring work and interface testing to send the measured data on NOx, SOx, and Hg (nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, and mercury) to the control system.
